Rocco (Italy) is getting good reputation in smooth jazz music business. He recorded, arranged and produced the CD “Tribute To Grover Washington, Jr.” (2005) in memory of the great saxophone player. The song “Winelight” made Rocco a household name on Smooth Jazz radio stations across the internet and was selected one of “The Best Of 2005” by Sky.fm. His album “Give Me The Groove” (2007) became pre-nominated at the Grammy Awards 2007 for Contemporary Jazz Best Album. The soulful compositions “I Receive Your Love” and “Tribute to Grover” attracted attention of American producer Bruce Nazarian (Anita Baker, Millie Scott, The Automatix) – an international alliance was born.

In 2006 Rocco has been invited to the “James Brown Festival” in Augusta, GA. Two years later he performed with Peter White at the “Smooth Jazz Festival 2008” in Bregenz, Austria. Currently, Rocco works in new projects in the studio and conducts master classes. His passion is performing live on stage.
