Martin Weiss studied at the University of the Arts Arnhem in the Netherlands. He attended master classes with John Scofield, Mike Stern, Robben Ford, John Abercrombie, Steve Morse and Gary Moore. Since 1996 he is performing as live and studio musician worldwide. He toured with artists like Gloria Gaynor, Jennifer Rush, Johnny Logan, Chris de Burgh, Percy Sledge, The Supremes and Haddaway. In 2002 he composed and produced the Latin-jazz album “Coming Home” ot the band “Hermosa featuring Soleil Niklasson” (USA). He contributed three title productions for Joy Fleming’s Eurovision Song Contest album “Joy To The World”. Since 2005 he works as a writer, producer and chief transcripteur for the trade magazine “Guitar” and “Guitar Acoustic”.
